Joe has worked in the engineering consultant field for 22 years. He has worked outside of the office in the field successfully transforming computer designs to physical reality. He is well known and respected in the construction engineering field. He has been the lead Resident Engineer in charge of many multi-million dollar roadway projects with the Illinois Tollway and the Illinois Department of Transportation, (IDOT), as well as other clients. He has become an expert in traffic control, project management, construction inspection, and dispute resolution.
Joe has been married to his wife Elizabeth for 22 years and they have three children. In his spare time he enjoys woodworking and brewing beer at home. Go Cubs!

Reid has over 26 years of engineering experience designing a variety of civil projects including roadways, watermain, and drainage. Reid is also a qualified expert witness through the Illinois Commerce Commission and Circuit Courts of the local counties. He has become a leader in the engineering community not only for his expert design capabilities but also for his contributions to various engineering societies that he has volunteered to be a part of.
Reid married Allison and they have two children. After work, he relishes attending his kids' sports teams and musical performances; basketball, soccer, choir, and band. He and his family are part of a Second City Canine Rescue group that rescues homeless animals and responsibly places them into permanent, loving homes. They also enjoy camping and snow skiing in the upper Midwest, and they each play a part in the local arts and theater scene.
